Bài báo này tập trung đánh giá vai trò của hệ thống chính trị cơ sở (HTCTCS) tỉnh Quảng Nam trong phổ biến, tuyên truyền chính sách phát triển du lịch thông qua điều tra, đo lường hiểu biết của người dân về một số chính sách phát triển du lịch. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy HTCTCS tỉnh Quảng Nam đã có vai trò quan trọng trong phổ biến, tuyên truyền chính sách phát triển du lịch và góp phần vào phát triển du lịch của địa phương. Tuy nhiên, việc phổ biến, tuyên truyền chính sách phát triển du lịch vẫn còn một số hạn chế nhất định, nhất là ở các xã miền núi. Trên cơ sở kết quả nghiên cứu, bài viết đề xuất 6 giải pháp cơ bản nhằm nâng cao hơn nữa vai trò của HTCTCS trong phổ biến, tuyên truyền chính sách phát triển du lịch tại tỉnh Quảng Nam.This paper focuses on assessing the role of Quang Nam’s grassroots political system in disseminating and propagating tourism development policies by measuring people’s understanding of some tourism development policies. Results show that the grassroots political system in Quang Nam plays an important role in disseminating and propagating tourism development policies, contributing to local tourism development. However, this role is quite dim with certain limitations, especially in mountainous communes. From the research results, the paper argues that it is necessary to further improve the role of the grassroots political system in Quang Nam province in disseminating and propagating tourism development policies, and proposes 6 basic solutions to further enhance this substantial role.
