Nghiên cứu nhằm đánh giá thực trạng và đề xuất giải pháp nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động của chi nhánh văn phòng đăng ký đất đai huyện Trực Ninh, tỉnh Nam Định. Các phương pháp nghiên cứu gồm thu thập số liệu thứ cấp và sơ cấp, thống kê, tổng hợp, xử lý số liệu theo thang đo 5 cấp của Likert để đánh giá hoạt động của chi nhánh văn phòng đăng ký đất đai. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, văn phòng đăng ký đất đai còn thiếu trang thiết bị, máy móc, trụ sở còn chật, chưa cập nhật hồ sơ thường xuyên. Theo kết quả điều tra của người dân, có 1/8 tiêu chí được đánh giá ở mức rất cao

Từ đó, nghiên cứu đề xuất 03 giải pháp để nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động của Chi nhánh văn phòng đăng ký đất đai tại huyện Trực Ninh, tỉnh Nam Định.Research, evaluate the current situation, and propose solutions to improve the operational efficiency of the land registration office branch in Truc Ninh district, Nam Dinh province. Research methods include collecting secondary and primary data, statistics, synthesis, and data processing according to a 5-level Likert scale to evaluate the performance of land registration office branches. Research results show that the land registration office still lacks equipment, machinery, and is still cramped, and records are not regularly updated.
