Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, tỷ lệ mắc viêm phổi trên đàn lợn tại huyện Hiệp Hòa, tỉnh Bắc Giang là 28,91% và tỷ lệ chết là 18,41%. 91 mẫu bệnh phẩm được lấy từ lợn nghi mắc bệnh viêm phổi theo bốn nhóm tuổi khác nhau đều đã phân lập được vi khuẩn A. pleuropneumoniae. Tỷ lệ phân lập vi khuẩn A. pleuropneumoniae cao nhất ở lợn sau cai sữa (giai đoạn 1,5 - 3 tháng tuổi) là 30,00% và thấp nhất ở lợn sơ sinh đến 1,5 tháng tuổi là 8,00%. Vi khuẩn A. pleuropneumoniae phân lập được có các đặc tính sinh học như, khả năng bắt mầu gram âm, phản ứng urease, catalase, oxidase, CAMP, O.N.P.G chiếm tỷ lệ 100% trong các mẫu thử
không mọc trên thạch MacConkey, phản ứng Indol âm tính, có khả năng lên men các loại đường glucose, galactose, fructose, maltose. Trong tổng số 13 chủng vi khuẩn phân lập được, có 7 chủng thuộc serotype 2 chiếm 53,85%, 4 chủng thuộc serotype 5a chiếm 30,77%, 1 chủng thuộc serotype 5b chiếm 7,69%. Các chủng vi khuẩn A. pleuropneumoniae mẫn cảm cao với các loại kháng sinh như ceftiofur, florfenicol, amoxicillin, ofloxacin và kháng lại với một số kháng sinh như neomycin, colistin, tetracycline.The results showed that the rate of pneumonia in pigs in Hiep Hoa district, Bac Giang province was 28.91% and the death rate was 18.41%. 91 samples were taken from pigs suspected to be infected with pneumonia by four age groups, all of which isolated A. pleuropneumoniae. Among 13 isolates, 7 strains belong to serotype 2, accounting for 53.85%
4 strains of serotype 5a accounted for 30.77%
1 strain of serotype 5b accounts for 7.69%. The strains of A. pleuropneumoniae are highly susceptible to antibiotics such as ceftiofur, florfenicol, amoxicillin, ofloxacin and are resistant to some antibiotics such as neomycin, colistin, tetracycline.
