Nghiên cứu triết lý phát triển thư viện, là nghiên cứu cái gốc để xây dựng một sự nghiệp thư viện bền vững, tiếp cận từ quyền tiếp cận thông tin, có thể nhận diện thư viện được tồn tại với ba nhóm triết lý cơ bản đó là triết lý mục tiêu, triết lý phương tiện, và triết lý về mối quan hệ giữa phát triển thư viện với nhu cầu và phương thức tiếp cận thông tin của cộng đồng. Luận bàn về ba triết lý này, có thể nhận diện ngành Thư viện Việt Nam đang nằm ở kịch bản phát triển nào, từ đó đưa ra khuyến nghị để ngành Thư viện phát triển đúng hướng.The author researches the foundation to build a sustainable librar career. From perspectives of the right to access information, it is identical that library belongs to three basic philosophical groups, including target philosophy, media philosophy, and the one that takes into account the relationship between library development and the information access rights of users. It is possible to identify current development scenario of Vietnam’s libraries, thereby making recommendations for future development.
