Dendrobium nobile Lindl. gives beautiful flowers and has medicinal value. Currently, this natural orchid plant in any forest is overexploited, leading to depletion, therefore, it should be preserved. In this study, the effects of factors on protocorm regeneration, shoot growth and development, rooting, and the survival and growth of seedlings were investigated. Results showed that Murashige and Skoog medium supplemented including sucrose 10 gL-1
activated charcoal 1 gL-1
