Nghiên cứu nhằm đánh giá kết quả thay khớp háng toàn phần không xi măng và một số yếu tố liên quan tại khoa Ngoại, Bệnh viện C Thái Nguyên từ tháng 01/2018 đến 6/2020. Nghiên cứu mô tả hồi cứu và tiến cứu, theo dõi dọc trên 59 trường hợp phẫu thuật thay khớp háng toàn phần không xi măng. Kết quả cho thấy độ tuổi trung bình của bệnh nhân là 58,28 + 12,22, thấp nhất là 31 tuổi, cao nhất là 83 tuổi. Nhóm tuổi >
60 tuổi chiếm tỉ lệ 42,4%, bệnh nhân nam chiếm 78,0% cao hơn bệnh nhân nữ là 22,0%, tỷ lệ nam/nữ: 3,54/1. Tỷ lệ bệnh nhân có chỉ số Harris rất tốt 50,8%, tốt 28,8%, trung bình 11,9%, kém 8,5%. Không có yếu tố liên quan giữa kết quả phẫu thuật với tuổi, giới và tiền sử nghiện rượu (p >
0,05). Có mối liên quan giữa kết quả phẫu thuật với tiền sử tiểu đường, chỉ số BMI (p <
0,05). Thay khớp háng toàn phần không xi măng đa số có hiệu quả tốt, cải thiện được chức năng khớp háng ở người bị hư khớp háng.The aim of this study was to evaluate the results of using cementless total hip arthroplasty (THA) and factors related to results at Thai Nguyen C Hospital. Materials and Methods From January 2018 to June 2019, a total of 59 consecutive THAs were performed. Results showed that patients’ average age was 58.28 + 12.22 (from 31 to 83 years old)
the age group >
60 years old was 42.4%. There were 78.0% male patients, higher than women (22.0%), the rate of male/female was 3.54/1. The mean Harris hip score as 50.8% for excellent results, 28.8% being good, 11.9% fair, and 8.5% poor. There were non correlation between surgical outcome with age, sex and history of alcoholism (p >
0.05). The surgical outcome was correlated to the history of diabetes and BMI (p <
0,05). Cementless total hip arthroplasty mostly improves hip jiont fuction in the patients with severe osteoarthritic hips.
