Cancer is the leading cause of death worldwide and current therapies do not dramatically increase thepoor prognosis. In vitro models based on two-dimensional (2D) monolayer culture have been used tostudy cancer behavior but shown limited. In vitro 3D tumor models contribute a promising platform ofdisease that mimics in vivo behaviors of tumor cells to develop potential cancer therapies. In this study,we fabricated microwells from simple and cheap material PEG for the control of in vitro 3D culture byusing photolithography technique.Keywords: PEGDA, microwells, photolithography
