Bệnh Ca-rê gây ra bởi Canine distemper virus (CDV) là một bệnh truyền nhiễm nguy hiểm, thường gây tử vong và là bệnh đa hệ thống ảnh hưởng đến hệ hô hấp, đường tiêu hóa và hệ thần kinh trung ương của chó. Trong nghiên cứu này đã phân lập được 12 chủng virus Ca-rê trên môi trường tế bào Vero-DST. Bệnh tích tế bào quan sát được sau 24 giờ đến 36 giờ sau khi gây nhiễm virus, tế bào đạt mức phá hủy cao ở 48 giờ đến 60 giờ sau gây nhiễm và tế bào Vero-DST bị phá hủy hoàn toàn sau 96 giờ. Virus Ca-rê phân lập được có hiệu giá từ 6,67x104 TCID50/ml đến 3,16x105TCID50/ml. Trong 60 giờ đầu sau gây nhiễm, hiệu giá virus trong tế bào thường lớn hơn hiệu giá virus ngoài tế bào. Sự tăng trưởng của virus trên môi trường nuôi cấy tế bào Vero-DST là một quá trình liên tục, trong đó hiệu giá virus cao nhất ở thời điểm 48 giờ đến 60 giờ sau gây nhiễmCanine distemper caused by canine distemper virus (CDV) is a contagious, often fatal, multi-systemic viral disease, affecting the respiratory, gastrointestinal and central nervous systems of dogs. In this study, 12 canine distemper virus strains were isolated on Vero - DST cell. Cytopathic effects of CDV infection were observed at 24 hours to 36 hours after infection, reaching a high level of destruction at 48 hours to 60 hours after infection and Vero-DST cells were completely destroyed after 96 hours. The titer of isolated canine distemper virus ranged from 6.67x104 TCID50/ml to 3.16x105 TCID50/ml. Virus titer in the cells were greater than the extracellular virus titer. Virus growth in Vero-DST cell culture was a continuous process in which the viral titer was highest at 48 hours to 60 hours after infection
