Việt Nam sắp kết thúc thực hiện Chiến lược phát triển kinh tế - xã hội 2011-2020 và chuẩn bị xây dựng Chiến lược phát triển kinh tế - xã hội 2021-2030. Bài viết tập trung phân tích, đánh giá một số vấn đề trong việc xây dựng và tổ chức thực hiện Chiến lược nói trên, rút ra một số bài học kinh nghiệm và đề xuất một số kiến nghị với mong muốn đóng góp vào việc chuẩn bị xây dựng và thực hiện Chiến lược mới.Vietnam is about to finish implementing the Socio-Economic Development Strategy for the period 2011-2020 and prepare to build the Country Development Strategy for the next 10 years. The following article focuses on analyzing and evaluating a number of issues in building and organizing the implementation of the above-mentioned Strategy, drawing out some experience lessons and proposing some recommendations with the expectation of contributing to the preparation of and implementation of a new Strategy.
