 There are various diff erent aspects for assessing the process and degree of urbanization. The paper examines the urbanization process of the Mekong Delta provinces in terms of population and human resources, through which providing a perspective on the urbanization process in a whole, uncovering noteworthy issues the region is facing that could help policymakers address existing challenges.
