Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelagoes are the inseparable parts of Viet Nam territory. The sovereignty of Viet Nam over Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelagoes is in full accordance with the international laws and supported by numerous legal and historical evidences. The State of Viet Nam has always been proactive in protecting its rights and titles against any intentions and actions that violate Viet Nam’s sovereignty, territorial integrity, and rights in Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelagoes. Viet Nam’s consistent policy is to settle disputed prolems in the East Sea through the peaceful means based on the international laws, particularly the UNCLOS. From the practices of Da Nang City, the article proposes some experience in the work of information and propaganda, struggling to protect Vietnam's sovereignty over the Paracels and Spratlys. Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelagoes.tắt Hai quần đảo Hoàng Sa và Trường Sa là bộ phận không thể tách rời của lãnh thổ Việt Nam. Chủ quyền của Việt Nam đối với hai quần đảo Hoàng Sa và Trường Sa phù hợp với luật pháp quốc tế và được công nhận bởi hàng loạt các bằng chứng pháp lý và lịch sử. Nhà nước Việt Nam luôn bảo vệ tích cực các quyền và danh nghĩa của mình trước mọi mưu đồ và hành động xâm phạm tới chủ quyền, toàn vẹn lãnh thổ và quyền lợi của Việt Nam đối với hai quần đảo Hoàng Sa và Trường Sa. Việt Nam kiên trì chủ trương giải quyết các tranh chấp ở Biển Đông bằng biện pháp hòa bình trên cơ sở luật pháp quốc tế, nhất là Công ước Liên hợp quốc về Luật Biển năm 1982. Từ thực tiễn thành phố Đà Nẵng, bài viết nêu lên một số kinh nghiệm trong công tác thông tin, tuyên truyền, đấu tranh bảo vệ chủ quyền Việt Nam ở quần đảo Hoàng Sa và quần đảo Trường Sa.
