Bài viết phân tích, đánh giá những quy định về nội dung kiểm sát thi hành án hành chính (THAHC) theo Luật Tổ chức Viện kiểm sát nhân dân năm 2014 (Luật Tổ chức VKSND năm 2014), Luật Tố tụng hành chính năm 2015 (Luật TTHC năm 2015) và theo Quy chế công tác kiểm sát thi hành án dân sự (THADS) và THAHC được ban hành kèm theo Quyết định số 810/QĐ-VKSTC ngày 20/12/2016 của Viện trưởng Viện kiểm sát nhân dân tối cao
trên cơ sở đó chỉ ra những điểm hạn chế của các quy định này và đưa ra các giải pháp để hoàn thiệnThe article analyzes and evaluates the regulations on the content of the administrative judgment execution supervision according to the 2014 Law on Organization of the People's Procuracy, the 2015 Law on Administrative Procedures and according to the Regulation on the supervision of civil judgment execution and enforcement of administrative judgments issued together with Decision No. 810/QD-VKSTC dated December 20, 2016 of the Chairman of the Supreme People's Procuracy
On that basis, points out the shortcomings of these regulations and provide solutions for improvement.
