Kinh tế trong nước đang đối mặt với những khó khăn chưa từng có trong tiền lệ do tác động nghiêm trọng của đại dịch COVID-19 đối với sản xuất, kinh doanh, lưu thông hàng hóa, dịch vụ và đời sống nhân dân. Trước thực trạng đó sáng 7/1, tại Kỳ họp bất thường lần thứ nhất các đại biểu Quốc hội thảo luận về dự thảo Nghị quyết về chính sách tài khoá, tiền tệ để hỗ trợ Chương trình phục hồi và phát triển kinh tế-xã hội (KT-XH). Bài viết đã chỉ rõ 2 năm qua với vai trò điều hành chính sách tiền tệ, Ngân hàng Nhà nước đã có nhiều chính sách góp phần kiểm soát lạm phát, ổn định kinh tế vĩ mô, hỗ trợ phục hồi và tăng trưởng kinh tế triển khai nhiều giải pháp căn cơ để tháo gỡ khó khăn cho doanh nghiệp và người dân, duy trì vốn cho sản xuất, góp phần thực hiện chính sách an sinh xã hội. Chính sách tiền tệ cần tiếp tục có những định hướng và giải pháp để hỗ trợ chương trình phục hồi và phát triển kinh tế-xã hội 2022-2023.The domestic economy is facing unprecedented difficulties due to the severe impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on production, business, circulation of goods and services and people's lives. Faced with that situation, on the morning of January 7th, at the first Extraordinary Meeting of the National Assembly, the National Assembly deputies discussed the draft of Resolution on fiscal and monetary policies to support the socio-economic recovery and development program. The article has pointed out that in the past two years, with the role of monetary policy administrator, the State Bank has had many policies to contribute to controlling inflation, stabilizing the macro-economy, supporting economic recovery and growth, implemented many radical solutions to remove difficulties for businesses and people, maintain capital for production, and contribute to the implementation of social security policies. Monetary policy should continue to have orientations and solutions to support the program of socio-economic recovery and development 2022-2023.
