Hoạt động thực hành, trải nghiệm là một trong những nội dung xuyên suốt chương trình giáo dục phổ thông môn Toán nói chung, chương trình môn Toán tiểu học nói riêng hiện nay. Trường Sư phạm cần chuẩn bị cho giáo viên tiểu học tiềm lực để thực hiện tốt yêu cầu tổ chức hoạt động trải nghiệm toán học trong quá trình đào tạo. Trong đó, cần xác định và xây dựng những nội dung thực hành tổ chức hoạt động trải nghiệm toán học đảm bảo lí luận về hoạt động trải nghiệm, đảm bảo phù hợp với yêu cầu giáo dục toán học ở trường tiểu học nhằm định hướng đúng đắn việc rèn luyện, nâng cao ở sinh viên năng lực tổ chức hoạt động trải nghiệm toán học.Practical and experiential activities are one of the contents throughout the current general math curriculum in general, and the elementary school math program in particular.
