Công tác bảo tồn và phát huy giá trị di sản văn hóa các dân tộc thiểu số có vai trò quan trọng trong việc gìn giữ và phát huy những giá trị lịch sử, văn hóa của dân tộc. Vì vậy, việc bảo tồn và phát huy giá trị di sản văn hóa của đồng bào dân tộc thiểu số không chỉ là mục tiêu cấp bách mà còn là nhiệm vụ quan trọng hàng đầu trong chiến lược phát triển kinh tế - xã hội vùng dân tộc thiểu số và miền núi hiện nay. Để thực hiện mục tiêu và nhiệm vụ trên, trong thời gian qua, công tác bảo tồn và phát huy những giá trị di sản văn hóa của đồng bào dân tộc thiểu số luôn được Đảng, Nhà nước và chính quyền các địa phương trong cả nước quan tâm, triển khai thực hiện tốt. Tuy nhiên, trong quá trình bảo tồn và phát huy giá trị di sản văn hóa vẫn gặp một số khó khăn, hạn chế. Bài viết này phân tích một số kết quả đạt được và nhận diện những vấn đề đang đặt ra trong công tác bảo tồn và phát huy giá trị di sản văn hóa của đồng bào các dân tộc thiểu số và miền núi. Trên cơ sở đó, định hướng một số nội dung nâng cao hiệu quả công tác bảo tồn, phát huy giá trị di sản văn hóa của đồng bào dân tộc thiểu số ở nước ta hiện nay.The preservation and promotion of cultural heritage values of ethnic minorities plays an important role in preserving and promoting the historical and cultural values of the nation. Therefore, the preservation and promotion of the cultural heritage values of ethnic minorities is not only an urgent goal but also a top important task in the socio-economic development strategy of the ethnic minorities and mountainous areas today. In order to accomplish the above objectives and tasks, in the past time, the preservation and promotion of cultural heritage values of ethnic minorities have always been supported by the Party, State and local authorities in the whole country interested and well implemented. However, in the process of preserving and promoting the value of cultural heritage, there are still some difficulties and limitations. This article analyzes some of the achieved results and identifies the problems that are posed in the conservation and promotion of the cultural heritage values of ethnic minorities and mountainous people. On that basis, a number of contents will be oriented to improve the efficiency of conservation and promotion of cultural heritage values of ethnic minorities in our country today.
