Conventional denim fabric are always the 3/1 woven fabrics, using for theirspecial garment categories. Recently, denim knitted fabric have been developedrapidly. Their appearance is closed to the woven denim fabric but theirproduction is simpler. The studies on the physico-mechanical of denim knittedfabric were reported in some papers. Current research focused in the denimfabric extension by the small forces such as 0.5N, 1N, 2N, 5N and the dimensionrecovery of two kinds of fabrics: denim knitted fabric and the denim woven fabricwhich were prepared similarly on masse and materials. The results showed thatthe extension of denim knitted fabric is more important at all of applied forcewhile the dimension recovery of two kinds of fabric was similar. At 240 minutesof liberation of applied force, denim knitted and woven knitted recovered 94 -95% their deformation.Vải denim truyền thống thường là vải dệt thoi 3/1, hay được sử dụng chomột số loại sản phẩm thời trang riêng biệt. Trong những năm gần đây, vải dệtkim hiệu ứng denim phát triển mạnh. Vải có ngoại quan giống vải denim truyềnthống, nhưng quá trình công nghệ đơn giản hơn. Nghiên cứu đánh giá tính chấtcơ lý của vải dệt kim denim cũng đã được đề cập trong một số bài báo. Trongnghiên cứu này, độ giãn của vải dưới tác động của các tải trọng nhỏ 0,5 N
1N
2N
5N cũng như độ phục hồi kích thước của hai loại vải: vải denim dệt thoi và denimdệt kim tương đương về khối lượng g/m2 cũng như nguyên liệu dệt được đánhgiá. Kết quả cho thấy ở mọi tại trọng, vải dệt kim denim luôn giãn nhiều hơn sovới vải denim dệt thoi, tuy nhiên vải có độ phục hồi kích thước tương đối gần nhưtương đương với vải dệt thoi. Tại thời điểm 240 phút sau khi bỏ tải trọng cả hailoại vải phục hồi 94 - 95% biến dạng ban đầu.
