Bài viết phân tích thực trạng năng lực sinh kế dựa vào du lịch và các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến năng lực sinh kế dựa vào du lịch của các hộ dân tộc Khmer ở tỉnh An Giang dựa trên tiếp cận lý thuyếtsinh kế của DFID (năm 2001). Thông qua khảo sát bảng hỏi 125 hộ dân tộc thiểu số người Khmer ở huyệnTịnh Biên và huyện Tri Tôn, tỉnh An Giang để đánh giá năng lực sinh kế dựa vào du lịch. Qua phân tíchcác nguồn lực sinh kế bao gồm yếu tố con người, yếu tố xã hội, yếu tố tự nhiên, yếu tố kinh tế, yếu tố thểchế chính trị, từ đó đề ra định hướng, giải pháp phát triển sinh kế dựa vào du lịch hiệu quả và giảm tìnhtrạng đói nghèo cho người dân tại địa phương.The article analyzes the current situation of livelihood capacity based tourism and factors affecting livelihood capacity based tourism of Khmer ethnic households in An Giang province, based on theDFID theoretical approach to livelihoods. 125 Khmer ethnic households in Tinh Bien and Tri Ton districtswere surveyed by questionnaires. Through the analysis of livelihood resources including: human factors,social factors, natural factors, economic factors, and political institutional factors, thereby proposingorientations and solutions for livelihood development based on effective tourism and reducing poverty forlocal people.
