Ích mẫu là một vị thuốc thiết yếu trong y học cổ truyền, dùng làm vị thuốc hoạt huyết, lợi tiểu, chữa các bệnh của phụ nữ. Trong sản xuất hiện nay, Ích mẫu tồn tại 2 kiểu hình khác nhau đó là dòng Ích mẫu thân xanh và dòng Ích mẫu thân tím. Mục tiêu nghiên cứu nhằm chọn ra được dòng Ích mẫu cho năng suất và hoạt chất cao để xây dựng vùng sản xuất nguyên liệu Ích mẫu đồng nhất về mặt hình thái, ổn định về năng suất, chất lượng. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy dòng Ích mẫu thân xanh sinh trưởng, phát triển tốt cho năng suất dược liệu và hàm lượng hoạt chất cao nhất (chiều cao cây trung bình đạt 196,6cm
đường kính gốc trung bình đạt 1,13cm
số cành cấp I trung bình từ 17,1 cành
năng suất dược liệu khô trung bình đạt 4,18 tấn/ha, hàm lượng hoạt chất stachydrin hydroclorid 0,95%).Leonurus heterophyllus Sweet is considered to be one of the fundamental herbs in traditional medicine which is used to make active medicine, diuretic, curing women's diseases. In current production, there are two different phenotypes, the blue-stem and the purple-stem. The aim of this study is to select the Leonurus heterophyllus Sweet line for high medicinal yield and amount of of active ingredients in order to build the production area of Leonurus heterophyllus Sweet material with uniform morphology, stable yield and quality. The research results showed that the green Leonurus heterophyllus Sweet pattern grow and develop well for the highest medicinal yield of medicinal herbs and amount of active ingredient (average tree height was 196.6 cm
average stem diameter was reached. 1.13cm
average level I of branches was 17.1 stems
average dry productivity of 4.18 tons/ha, amount of active ingredient.
