In the criminal investigation process, Investigators need to use various investigative measures under the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code to collect documents and evidence to prove the crime, perpetrator and criminal offense. In which, confrontation is one of the most difficult and complicated investigation measures. Therefore, the article presents some provisions of the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code on the measure of confrontation and several matters to improve the effectiveness of using this measure.Trong quá trình điều tra vụ án, Điều tra viên phải áp dụng nhiều biện pháp điều tra khác nhau theo quy định của Bộ luật Tố tụng hình sự (BLTTHS) năm 2015 để thu thập tài liệu, chứng cứ chứng minh tội phạm và người thực hiện hành vi phạm tội
trong đó, đối chất là một trong những biện pháp điều tra khó khăn, phức tạp khi tổ chức tiến hành. Bài viết nêu lên những quy định của BLTTHS về biện pháp đối chất và một số chú ý để nâng cao hiệu quả khi Điều tra viên tổ chức tiến hành biện pháp này.
