In this article, the author makes clear what the concept of national spirit is
explains the necessity of educating the national spirit in order to form and improve the quality and ethical lifestyle for students in the context of international integration today. On that basis, the author assessed the ethnic spiritual education for students in universities and colleges, thereby proposing some recommendations to improve the effectiveness of this work for students in universities, college. It can be said that defining the national spiritual values and choosing the right educational method are important bases for building a team of students to develop comprehensively in politics, ideology, morality and lifestyle, contributing to the realization of the goal of developing education - training, building and developing and advanced Vietnamese culture imbued with national identity, creating a synergy in the process of comprehensive country renovation.Trong bài viết này, tác giả làm rõ nội hàm khái niệm tinh thần dân tộc là gì
lý giải sự cần thiết của việc giáo dục tinh thần dân tộc nhằm hình thành và hoàn thiện phẩm chất, đạo đức lối sống cho sinh viên trong bối cảnh hội nhập quốc tế hiện nay. Trên cơ sở đó, tác giả đánh giá công tác giáo dục tinh thần dân tộc cho sinh viên trong trường đại học và cao đẳng, từ đó đề xuất một số khuyến nghị nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả của công tác này cho sinh viên các trường đại học, cao đẳng. Có thể nói, xác định rõ các giá trị tinh thần dân tộc và lựa chọn đúng phương pháp giáo dục là cơ sở quan trọng để xây dựng đội ngũ sinh viên phát triển toàn diện về chính trị, tư tưởng, đạo đức, lối sống, góp phần vào việc thực hiện mục tiêu phát triển giáo dục - đào tạo, xây dựng và phát triển nền văn hóa Việt Nam tiên tiến, đậm đà bản sắc dân tộc, tạo nên sức mạnh tổng hợp trong công cuộc đổi mới toàn diện đất nước.
