Since then, there are orientations for promoting strengths and overcoming inappropriate points, towards self-improvement before joining the labor market.Thực tập cuối khóa là cơ hội quý báu, là những phép thử thực tiễn đầu tiên ở mọi phương diện đối với sinh viên. Thông qua hoạt động này, sinh viên được đánh giá về mức độ chuẩn bị của bản thân về trình độ chuyên môn, kỹ năng, phẩm chất… cho kế hoạch lập nghiệp trong tương lai. Hoạt động thực tập cuối khóa chính là cơ hội để sinh viên nhận ra và phát huy điểm mạnh, khắc phục điểm chưa phù hợp, tiến tới hoàn thiện bản thân trước khi tham gia vào thị trường lao động. Bài viết này phân tích thực trạng hoạt động thực tập cuối khóa của sinh viên ngành Quản trị kinh doanh của Trường Đại học Công đoàn. Qua đó, bài viết đề xuất một số khuyến nghị để hoạt động này có hiệu quả hơn nữa từ góc độ người học, cơ sở đào tạo và cả doanh nghiệp.
