Bài viết tập trung nghiên cứu về nguồn luật và sự phát triển của luật thương mại quốc tế trong nền kinh tế thị trường
nghiên cứu sự hài hòa hóa pháp luật và tác động của nó đến hoạt động thương mại quốc tế. Nội dung bài viết sẽ phục vụ cho công tác đào tạo, giảng dạy và nghiên cứu khoa học, góp phần xây dựng pháp luật Việt Nam tiệm cận với các quy định của WTO và của các Hiệp định thương mại tự do thế hệ mới (FTAs).
