Bài viết này nhằm mục đích phân tích thực trạng thích ứng của sinh viên năm thứ nhất với môi trường đại học Đồng Tháp. Để thực hiện nghiên cứu này, nhóm tác giả đã tiến hành khảo sát 255 sinh viên năm thứ nhất (62 nam, 193 nữ) đang học tại khoa Kinh tế theo phương pháp chọn mẫu cả khối. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy đa số sinh viên năm thứ nhất thích ứng tốt với môi trường đại học Đồng Tháp ở cả bốn mặt là học thuật, xã hội, tình cảm và cam kết mục tiêu. Điều này cho thấy môi trường đại học Đồng Tháp khá thân thiện, thuận lợi cho việc học tập của sinh viên. Bên cạnh đó, nghiên cứu cũng chỉ ra được còn nhiều tiêu chí mà sinh viên chưa thật sự thích ứng tốt với môi trường Đại học Đồng Tháp. Kết quả này rất hữu ích trong việc cung cấp thông tin để các nhà quản lý giáo dục của khoa và nhà trường định hướng, hỗ trợ cho sinh viên trong việc học tập và rèn luyện.This article aims to analyze the current situation of adaptation of first-year students to the environment of Dong Thap university. To conduct this study, the authors investigated a survey of 255 first-year students (62 men, 193 women) studying at the Faculty of Economics by the whole block sampling method. The research showed that most of first-year students adapt well to the Dong Thap university environment in all four aspects: academic, social, emotional and goal commitment. This indicated that Dong Thap university environment is quite friendly and convenient for students' learning. Besides, the research also showed that there are many criteria that students have not really adapted well to the environment of Dong Thap University. This result is very useful in providing information for educational administrators of the faculty and school to orient and support students in learning and training.
