Bài viết tập trung làm rõ tư tưởng Hồ Chí Minh về mối quan hệ giữa cán bộ, đảng viên với nhân dân. Cán bộ, đảng viên gắn bó mật thiết với nhân dân là cơ sở chính trị - xã hội, cội nguồn sức mạnh của Đảng. Trên cơ sở trình bày khái quát tư tưởng Hồ Chí Minh về mối quan hệ giữa cán bộ, đảng viên với nhân dân, tác giả đề xuất một số biện pháp tăng cường mối quan hệ giữa cán bộ, đảng viên với nhân dân trong giai đoạn hiện nay.The article focuses on clarifying Ho Chi Minh’s thought on the relationship between cadres, party members and the people. Cadres and party members are closely associated with the people which is the socio-political basis, the source of the Party’s strength.
