Cách mạng Công nghiệp lần thứ tư là sự kết hợp tối ưu hệ thống những công nghệ tiên tiến triển khai vào sản xuất công nghiệp và dịch vụ. Công nghiệp lần thứ tư đã tác động mạnh mẽ tới mọi ngành, mọi lĩnh vực kinh tế - xã hội, bao gồm cả du lịch. Do đó, phát triển du lịch thông minh hiện đang là xu thế tất yếu. Nhật Bản là một trong những nước đi tiên phong trong sử dụng công nghệ vào phát triển du lịch. Bài viết khái quát một số vấn đề của du lịch thông minh ở Nhật Bản hiện nay, trên cơ sở đó đề xuất một số bài học kinh nghiệm cho Việt Nam.The Fourth Industrial Revolution is the optimal combination of a system of advanced technologies applied in industrial production and services. It has a strong impact on every industry and socio-economic ﬁeld, including tourism. Therefore, developing “smart tourism” is an inevitable trend today. Japan is one of the pioneer countries in applying technologies in tourism development. The article outlines some current smart tourism issues in Japan, thereby proposing lessons for Vietnam.
