Ethnic issues and ethnic work have a particularly important role and position in the revolutionary cause of the Party and our people. Lam Dong is a mountainous province in the South CentralHighlands, an area inhabited by many ethnic groups, with an important strategic position in terms ofnational defense and security. Ethnic groups in the province always unite, support, protect and help eachother, wholeheartedly follow the Party, actively participate in the common revolutionary cause of thewhole country. Studying the process of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee leading ethnic affairs,drawing some experiences is a matter of profound theoretical and practical significance.Vấn đề dân tộc và công tác dân tộc có vai trò, vị trí đặc biệt quan trọng trong sự nghiệp cách mạng của Đảng và nhân dân ta. Lâm Đồng là tỉnh miền núi Nam Tây Nguyên, là địa bàn sinh sống củanhiều dân tộc anh em, có vị trí chiến lược quan trọng về quốc phòng - an ninh. Các dân tộc trong tỉnh luônđoàn kết, tương trợ, đùm bọc, giúp đỡ nhau, hết lòng theo Đảng, tích cực tham gia vào sự nghiệp cáchmạng chung của cả nước. Nghiên cứu quá trình Đảng bộ tỉnh Lâm Đồng lãnh đạo công tác dân tộc, rút ramột số kinh nghiệm là vấn đề có ý nghĩa lý luận và thực tiễn sâu sắc.
