Để bảo hộ, khai thác, phát triển hiệu quả của sản phẩm “Cơm hến Huế”, bài viết đề xuất giải pháp bảo hộ dưới đối tượng quyền SHTT là nhãn hiệu chứng nhận (NHCN) với tên gọi: “Cơm hến Huế”, từ đó xây dựng quy chế sử dụng và phát triển NHCN “Cơm hến Huế”. Kết quả của việc bảo hộ này mang lại lợi ích cho chủ hộ kinh doanh và bảo vệ quyền lợi, lợi ích của người tiêu dùng nói riêng và cộng đồng nói chung. Đồng thời là tiền đề để việc bảo hộ nhãn hiệu chứng nhận mang yếu tố địa danh ngày càng phát triển hơn ở tỉnh Thừa Thiên Huế và trên cả nước.Referring to “Hue mussel rice”, one can remember immediately to Hue - a flavored dish and associated with the name of Thua Thien land. To protect, exploit and develop the effectiveness of the product “Hue mussel rice”, the article proposes protective solutions under the objects of intellectual property rights as a certificate brand with the name: “Hue mussel rice”, thereby developing regulations on using and developing “Hue mussel rice”. The results of this protection benefit their business owners and protect the rights and interests of consumers in particular and the community in general. At the same time, it will be the premise for protection of certification brands to bring more and more developed landmarks in Thua Thien Hue province and across the country.
