In the trend of globalization, international integration and the process of promoting industrialization and modernization, the development of economy - culture - society of ethnic minorities, including the Ba Na ethnic group in Kon Tum province has made great progress. Besides the achievements, the task of preserving and promoting the traditional culture of the Ba Na ethnic group in Kon Tum province also has many difficulties and challenges. Strongly implementing the Resolutions of the Party and the State's policies into life, in this paper we refer to the direction and system of solutions to preserve and develop the traditional culture of the Ba Na ethnic group in Kon Tum in the process of promoting industrialization and modernization and actively and proactively integrating into the worldTrong xu thế toàn cầu hóa, hội nhập quốc tế và quá trình đẩy mạnh công nghiệp hóa, hiện đại hóa, sự phát triển kinh tế - văn hóa - xã hội của các dân tộc ít người, trong đó có dân tộc Ba Na tỉnh Kon Tum đã có nhiều tiến bộ to lớn. Bên cạnh những thành tựu đã đạt được, nhiệm vụ bảo tồn và phát huy văn hóa truyền thống dân tộc Ba Na ở tỉnh Kon Tum cũng còn nhiều khó khăn và thách thức. Triển khai mạnh mẽ các Nghị quyết của Đảng, chính sách của Nhà nước vào cuộc sống, trong bài viết chúng tôi đề cập đến phương hướng và hệ thống giải pháp nhằm giữ gìn và phát triển văn hóa truyền thống dân tộc Ba Na ở tỉnh Kon Tum trong quá trình đẩy mạnh công nghiệp hóa, hiện đại hóa và tích cực chủ động hội nhập quốc tế
