The current situation of managing the training of lecturers at Vietnam Russia Vocation Training College No1 according to professional title standards has achieved certain results. The school's management staffs and lecturers are fully and objectively aware of the necessity of this work. However, in the process of implementation, there are still some contents that haven’tt achieved high efficiency. In this article, the author analyzes the current situation and proposes 6 measures to improve the effectiveness of the management of lecturers fostering activities according to professional title standards at Vietnam Russia Vocation Training College No.1Thực trạng quản lý công tác bồi dưỡng giảng viên trường Cao đẳng nghề Việt Xô số 1 theo chuẩn chức danh nghề nghiệp đã đạt được một số thành quả nhất định.
