Bài viết giới thiệu khái quát hệ thống pháp luật về phân cấp quản lý kinh tế (PCQLKT) ở Việt Nam. Sau khi phân tích những điểm hạn chế trong quy định pháp luật về phân cấp hiện hành và thống kê một số quốc gia có ban hành đạo luật về phân cấp, tác giả đã đưa ra một số đề xuất, góp phần hoàn thiện hệ thống pháp luật về PCQLKT ở Việt Nam.The article introduces an overview of the legal system on decentralisation of economic management inVietnam. After analysing the limitations in the current decentralisation legal system and surveying some countries that have enacted decentralisation laws, the author proposed some suggestions to contribute to the improvement of the legal system on decentralisation of economic management in Vietnam.
