Đề án 1665/QĐ - TTg ngày 30/10/2017 của Thủ tướng Chính phủ “Hỗ trợ học sinh, sinh viên khởi nghiệp đến năm 2025” đã đề cao vai trò của Trường Đại học trong hệ sinh thái khởi nghiệp quốc gia. Việc đưa đề án 1665 vào Đại học Công đoàn cần có lộ trình và đây là một bệ phóng đạt được mục tiêu đào tạo và triết lý giáo dục của trường, khơi gợi niềm tin khởi nghiệp, tạo động lực cho sinh viên nuôi dưỡng đam mê và biến ước mơ thành hiện thực. Để hiểu rõ hơn hoạt động khởi nghiệp của sinh viên Đại học Công đoàn tác giả đã đi sâu tìm hiểu về thực trạng và đề xuất một số giải pháp nhằm thúc đẩy hoạt động khởi nghiệp sáng tạo cho sinh viên Trường Đại học Công đoàn.Project 1665/QD - TTg dated October 30th, 2017 of the Prime Minister "Supporting students and students to start a business by 2025" has highlighted the role of universities in national startup ecosystem.
