Bài viết tập trung làm rõ những quy định của pháp luật quốc tế và Việt Nam hiện hành về quyền lập hội, quy định về quyền lập hội trong các hiệp định thương mại tự do (FTA) thế hệ mới và những tác động đến pháp luật Việt Nam, đồng thời những đề xuất nhằm hoàn thiện pháp luật về quyền lập hội đáp ứng các yêu cầu của các FTA thế hệ mới.The article focuses on (i) the provisions of current international and Vietnamese laws on the freedom of association, (ii) the requirements related to the freedom of association in the new generation FTAs and their impacts on the Vietnamese legal system, (iii) some recommendations for Vietnam to improve the law on the freedom of association to meet the requirements of the new generation FTAs.
