Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu này là đánh giá thực trạng và đề xuất giải pháp nâng cao hiệu quả công tác quy hoạch sử dụng đất nông nghiệp trên địa bàn huyện Chương Mỹ, TP.Hà Nội. Các số liệu về hiện trạng sử dụng đất nông nghiệp năm 2021
tình hình biến động đất nông nghiệp giai đoạn 2010-2021… được lấy từ các phòng chuyên môn của Ủy ban Nhân dân huyện Chương Mỹ, thành phố Hà Nội. Phân tích, đánh giá các dữ liệu thu thập được, nghiên cứu chỉ ra rằng để ngành nông nghiệp phát triển bền vững, tương xứng với tiềm năng và thế mạnh của Huyện cần phải tiến hành đồng bộ nhiều giải pháp, trong đó chú trọng 3 giải pháp chủ yếu, đó là: i) Thường xuyên rà soát, điều chỉnh, bổ sung và hoàn thiện hệ thống Pháp luật Đất đai và các luật, bộ luật liên quan đến đầu tư, sản xuất, kinh doanh trong lĩnh vực nông nghiệp
ii) Tăng cường quản lý, giám sát việc thực hiện quy hoạch, kế hoạch sử dụng đất nông nghiệp
iii) Cơ cấu lại ngành sản xuất nông nghiệp theo từng lĩnh vực, từng tiểu vùng và từng xã, thị trấn trong huyện.The objective of this study is to evaluate the current situation and propose solutions to improve the efficiency of agricultural land use planning in Chuong My district, Hanoi. ii) Strengthen the management and supervision of the implementation of agricultural land use master plans and plans
iii) Restructuring the manufacturing industry.
