Bảo vệ quyền sở hữu trí tuệ đối với nhãn hiệu nói chung và bảo vệ quyền sở hữu trítuệ bằng biện pháp dân sự nói riêng luôn có vai trò to lớn đối với phát triển kinh tế - xã hội của đấtnước. Trong hội nhập kinh tế quốc tế hiện nay, việc bảo vệ và thực thi quyền sở hữu trí tuệ đối vớinhãn hiệu vô cùng quan trọng trong thu hút đầu tư trực tiếp nước ngoài vào Việt Nam, đồng thời làđiều kiện tiên quyết để kết nối chuỗi cung ứng toàn cầu. Việc bảo vệ tốt quyền sở hữu trí tuệ cho nhàđầu tư và các chủ thể quyền sẽ có vai trò khuyến khích đầu tư, sáng tạo và đồng nghĩa sẽ đóng gópvào sự phát triển của kinh tế và đất nước. Nghiên cứu tập trung phân tích thực trạng và đề xuất cácgiải pháp nhằm bảo vệ quyền sở hữu trí tuệ đối với nhãn hiệu bằng biện pháp dân sự tại Việt Nam.Protecting intellectual property rights to trademarks in general and protectingintellectual property rights by civil remedies in particular has played a critical role in a country’ssocio-economic development. In Viet Nam, the protection and enforcement of intellectualproperty rights to trademarks has become more important not only to help attract FDI to thecountry in international economic integration but also to enable to connect with the global supplychain. Therefore, offering adequate protection of intellectual property rights for investors andrights holders will encourage investment and creativity as well as contributing to the country’ssocio-economic development. The study analyzes the real situation of protecting intellectualproperty rights to trademarks in Viet Nam and suggests solutions to related problems.
