Mục tiêu: Mô tả thực trạng việc làm của sinh viên ngành Bác sĩ Y học dự phòng tốt nghiệp từ năm 2018 đến năm 2020. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 218 sinh viên đã tốt nghiệp ngành Bác sĩ Y học dự phòng tại trường Đại học Y Hà Nội năm 2018, 2019 và 2020. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ sinh viên tốt nghiệp có việc làm năm 2018 là 82,9%
năm 2019 là 80,0%
năm 2020 là 75,4%. Có 91,8% tìm được việc dưới 6 tháng sau tốt nghiệp, 56,1% làm việc đúng ngành đào tạo, 32,7% làm việc liên quan đến ngành đào tạo. Tỷ lệ tự xin việc chiếm 71,3%. Tỷ lệ làm việc ở khu vực nhà nước là 52,0%. Mức lương khởi điểm dưới 5 triệu đồng/tháng chiếm 69,3%
mức lương thu nhập bình quân hàng tháng dưới 5 triệu đồng/tháng chiếm 50,5%. Kết luận: Trong 3 năm, tỷ lệ sinh viên có việc làm (78,4%)
Phần lớn sinh viên có việc làm dưới 6 tháng sau khi tốt nghiệp (91,8%)

Mức lương khởi điểm và thu nhập bình quân hàng tháng trên 5 triệu của sinh viên tăng lên qua 3 năm.Objective: The study aims to describe the employment status of graduate students majoring in Preventive Medicine from 2018 to 2020. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study on 218 students who graduated from the Doctor of Preventive Medicine at Hanoi Medical University in 2018, 2019 and 2020. Results: The percentage of graduated students having jobs in 2018,2019, and 2020 was 82.9%, 80%, and 75.4% respectively. After graduating, there were 91.8% of graduated students who found a job less than 6 months, 56.1% of those worked in the right feld of training, and 32.7% of those worked in the training industry. The self-employed rate accounted for 71.3%. The employment rate in the public sector was 52%. The percentage of graduated students who received starting salary (less than 5 million VND/month) accounted for 69.3%
50.5% of graduated students received an average of less than 5 million VND per month. Conclusions: In 3 years, the proportion of students who had jobs (78.4%)
The majority of students had jobs less than 6 months after graduating (91.8%)
