Reading culture a part of Culture is one of the driving forces that promote the formation of new people, citizens with wisdom, understanding, capacity and personality to be able to adapt. with the development of modern society and ontribute to the sustainable development of national culture. Reading culture orients readers to access the most relevant and useful information and knowledge for their lives. Recognizing the importance of reading culture, over the years, especially in the context of the current Covid19 epidemic, the Leaders of the Political Academy Region III (Academy III) have directed the Center for Scientific Information to Science Center (Center for Science) has actively implemented activities to develop reading culture of students at the Academy and has achieved certain results.Văn hóa đọc một bộ phận của Văn hóa là một trong những động lực thúc đẩy sự hình thành nên con người mới, những công dân có trí tuệ, hiểu biết, hoàn thiện về năng lực, nhân cách để có thể thích ứng với sự phát triển của xã hội hiện đại và góp phần phát triển bền vững văn hóa dân tộc. Văn hóa đọc định hướng cho người đọc tiếp cận được với thông tin, tri thức phù hợp và hữu ích nhất cho cuộc sống của mình. Nhận thức được tầm quan trọng của văn hóa đọc, những năm qua, đặc biệt là trong bối cảnh dịch Covid19 hiện nay, Lãnh đạo Học viện Chính trị khu vực III (Học viện III) đã chỉ đạo Trung tâm Thông tin khoa học (Trung tâm TTKH) tích cực triển khai thực hiện các hoạt động nhằm phát triển văn hóa đọc của học viên tại Học viện và đã đạt được những kết quả nhất định.
