Hai Ha is a mountainous district of Quang Ninh province with a rural population still accounting for nearly 80% of the population in 2020. Land is the livelihood resource of rural people in the district. The area of agricultural land in 2020 accounted for 57.01% of the total natural area of the district, and it is projected to be about 55.71% in 2030, which shows the role of land resources for mountainous rural areas as an important part of creating the survival value of the people in Hai Ha district. Therefore, assessing the efficiency of agricultural land use to propose a more efficient use direction of land for the development period towards 2030 is necessary.Hải Hà là huyện miền núi của tỉnh Quảng Ninh với dân số nông thôn vẫn chiếm đến gần 80% trong cơ cấu dân số năm 2020. Đất đai là nguồn lực sinh kế chủ yếu của cư dân nông thôn Hải Hà. Diện tích đất sản xuất nông nghiệp năm 2020 chiếm 57,01%, đến năm 2030 dự kiến chiếm khoảng 55,71% tổng diện tích tự nhiên toàn huyện, điều này cho thấy vai trò của nguồn lực đất đai đối với khu vực nông thôn miền núi, là một phần quan trọng tạo nên giá trị sinh tồn của đồng bào các dân tộc huyện Hải Hà. Do đó, đánh giá hiệu quả của đất nông nghiệp để đề xuất hướng sử dụng hiệu quả hơn cho giai đoạn phát triển đến năm 2030 là cần thiết.
