Bài viết trình bày, phân tích quy định của Luật Tố tụng hành chính năm 2015, Luật Đất Đai năm 2013 về khởi kiện vụ án hành chính liên quan đến việc thu hồi đất, bồi thường, hỗ trợ, tái định cư. Từ đó, chỉ ra một số bất cập, hạn chế
làm rõ nguyên nhân và đặc biệt đề xuất một số kiến nghị hoàn thiện nhằm đảm bảo quyền, lợi ích hợp pháp của người dân có đất bị thu hồi.The article presents and analyzes the provisions of the Administrative Procedure Code of 2015 and the Law on Land of 2013 on litigation of administrative cases related to land recovery, compensation, support and resettlement. On that basis, it identifies some shortcomings and limitations
clarifying the causes and especially proposing some improvement recommendations to ensure the legal rights and interests of people whose land is recovered.
