(3) Kiểm soát về hiệu lực của VBQPPL
(4) Kiểm soát về hình thức, kiểu loại của VBQPPL
(5) Kiểm soát về nội dung của VBQPPL đã được ban hành. Trên cơ sở đó, bài viết làm rõ nguyên nhân dẫn đến những hạn chế, thiếu hiệu quả trong việc kiểm soát, xử lý VBQPPL của các cơ quan nhà nước ở trung ương và đưa ra một số kiến nghị.The article analyzes and clarifies the current state of control and handling of 5 contents regarding legal normative documents of central state agencies: (1) Control over responsibility for issuing legal documents
(2) Control over the authority to issue legal documents
(3) Controlling the effectiveness of legal documents
(4) Controlling the form and type of legal documents
(5) Control on the content of legal documents issued. On that basis, the article clarifies the causes of limitations and inefficiencies in the control and handling of legal normative documents by central state agencies and makes some recommendations.
