In general, the equitization of state-owned enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City is not on schedule according to Decision No. 26/2019/QD-TTg dated August 15th, 2019 of the Prime Minister. In fact, the process of equitization of state-owned enterprises has encountered many difficulties and challenges in recent years, such as: Approval of land use plans when equitizing enterprises in which the State holds 100% of charter capital in the period 2016-2020

Trên cơ sở thực tiễn triển khai công tác cổ phần hóa doanh nghiệp nhà nước thời gian qua, TP. Hồ Chí Minh đưa ra một số kiến nghị nhằm tháo gỡ khó khăn, vướng mắc, qua đó thúc đẩy hoạt động cổ phần hóa tại Thành phố trong thời gian tới.
