Nghiên cứu về sự thay đổi của một số tính chất của vải bông trước và saunhuộm. Nghiên cứu thông qua việc sử dụng một loại vải bông chưa nhuộm màuvà vải bông đó sau nhuộm màu được cung cấp bởi công ty Cổ phần Dệt Lụa NamĐịnh. Các mẫu vải được tiến hành thực nghiệm: Phương pháp lấy mẫu thử theotiêu chuẩn TCVN 5791-1994
xác định độ bền kéo đứt và giãn đứt của vải theotiêu chuẩn TCVN 1754:1986
xác định độ thoáng khí của vải theo tiêu chuẩn quốcgia TCVN 5092:2009, ASTM D737:2004
xác định độ mao dẫn của vải theo tiêuchuẩn TCVN 5073:1990
xác định độ co của vải theo TCVN 8041-2009
xác định độnhàu của vải theo tiêu chuẩn tiêu chuẩn TCVN 5444-1991. Kết quả cho thấy mộtsố tính chất của vải bông sau nhuộm có sự thay đổi rõ rệt so với vải không đượcnhuộm cả theo hướng dọc và theo hướng ngang. Độ co của vải và độ nhàu của vảisau nhuộm tăng hơn so với vải trước khi nhuộm, độ mao dẫn và độ bền kéo đứt,giãn đứt của vải sau nhuộm giảm hơn so với vải trước nhuộm.The study on the change of some properties of cotton fabric before and afterdyeing was studied using the same cotton fabric before and after dyeingprovided by Nam Dinh Silk Textile Joint Stock Company. Fabric samples weretested: Method of taking test samples according to TCVN 5791-1994
determinethe tensile strength and elongation of fabrics according to the standard TCVN1754:1986
determine the breathability of fabrics according to nationalstandards TCVN 5092:2009, ASTM D737:2004
determine the capillary of thefabric according to the standard TCVN 5073:1990
determine the shrinkage of thefabric according to TCVN 8041-2009
determine the crease of fabric according tothe standard TCVN 5444-1991. The results show that some properties of cottonfabric after dyeing have changed markedly compared to that of pre-dyed fabricboth in the longitudinal direction and in the horizontal direction. The fabric'sshrinkage, breathability and creasing are increased more than that of the predyed fabric, and the capillary, capillary, and tensile strength and break of thefabric after dyeing are lower than that of the pre-dyed fabric.
