Giầy là một trong các mặt hàng quân trang quan trọng cho lực lượng Quân đội nhân dân Việt Nam.Giầy không những đáp ứng yêu cầu bảo vệ mà còn đáp ứng yêu cầu thẩm mỹ, thể hiện tính chuyênnghiệp, hiện đại... của lực lượng quân đội. Do vậy việc đảm bảo chất lượng giầy là công việc quan trọng.Bài báo trình bày kết quả phân tích, đánh giá thực trạng công tác kiểm soát chất lượng giầy phục vụquân đội của Tổng cục Hậu cần Bộ Quốc phòng và tại Công ty Cổ phần 32 trên cơ sở so sánh với công táckiểm soát chất lượng tại các doanh nghiệp sản xuất giầy xuất khẩu. Từ đó đã thiết lập được các giảipháp công nghệ để hoàn thiện công tác kiểm soát chất lượng. Kết quả bước đầu ứng dụng một số giảipháp vào thực tế triển khai sản xuất mã giầy da sĩ quan cấp tá K08 tại Công ty cho thấy: các giải phápthiết lập được có tính khả thi và cho kết quả khả quan. Chất lượng giầy được cải thiện đáng kể, tỷ lệ lỗitrên bán thành phẩm giảm khoảng 30%, tỷ lệ các lỗi trên giầy thành phẩm giảm đến 50%. Đây là cơ sởban đầu để công ty có thể tiếp tục ứng dụng các giải pháp còn lại, ứng dụng các công cụ quản lý mới vàmô hình sản xuất tinh gọn Lean nhằm nâng cao năng suất, chất lượng giầy phục vụ quân đội.Shoes are one of the important military items for the Vietnam People's Army. Shoes not only meetthe protection requirements but also meet the aesthetic requirements, show professionalism,modernity, etc. of military forces. Therefore, ensuring the quality of shoes is an important issue. Thearticle presents the results of analysis and assessment of the current situation of military shoe qualitycontrol of the General Department of Logistics, Ministry of National Defense and at Joint Stock Company32 on the basis of comparison with the product quality control in export shoe manufacturingenterprises. Since then, technological solutions have been established to improve quality control. Initialresults of the application of some solutions to the actual production of K08 shoes at the Company showthat the established solutions are feasible and give positive results. The quality of shoes is significantlyimproved, the defect rate on semi-finished products is reduced by about 30%, the defect rate onfinished shoes is reduced by 50%. This is the initial basis for the Company to continue to apply theremaining solutions, apply new management tools and Lean production model to improve productivityand quality of military shoes.
