Kế toán quản trị là công cụ hữu ích nhằm giúp các doanh nghiệp trong công tácđiều hành và quản lý sản xuất kinh doanh. Trong bối cảnh cuộc cách mạng côngnghiệp 4.0 đang diễn ra rất nhanh tạo cơ hội và thách thức cho các doanh nghiệpvững mạnh trên thị trường. Việc áp dụng hệ thống ERP giúp doanh nghiệp nóichung và tại các doanh nghiệp điện phía Bắc nói riêng nâng cao quản lý, giảm năngsuất lao động của nhân viên và đáp ứng những thay đổi liên tục của thị trường. Dữliệu nghiên cứu được tác giả thu thập tại 57 đơn vị điện lực phía Bắc Việt Nam,thông qua phương pháp định tính. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy các doanh nghiệp(DN) điện cần tích hợp thêm mô đun trong hệ thống ERP nhằm xây dựng định mức,dự toán khâu phân phối điện và kinh doanh điện
tích hợp mô đun quản trị nhân sựcho phòng tổ chức nhân sự, tích hợp mô đun vật tư cho phòng kế hoạch vật tư, tíchhợp ERP với PMIS, tích hợp ERP với HRMS,… nhằm giúp công ty điện có thể kiểmsoát toàn bộ nguồn lực doanh thu điện với quy mô lớn.Management accounting is a useful tool to help businesses in operating andmanaging production and business. In the context of the industrial revolution 4.0 ishappening very quickly, creating opportunities and challenges for strong businessesin the market. The application of the ERP system helps businesses in general and inthe Northern electricity enterprises in particular improve management, reduceemployee productivity and respond to the continuous changes of the market.Research data was collected by the authors in 57 electricity units in the North ofVietnam, through qualitative methods. Research results show that electricitybusinesses need to integrate more modules in the ERP system to build norms andestimate the electricity distribution and trading stages
integrated human resourcemanagement module for the organization and personnel department, integratingthe materials module for the planning and materials department, integrating ERPwith PMIS, integrating ERP with HRMS,... to help power companies to controlentire electricity revenue resources with a large scale.
