Chiến lược xây dựng nền văn hóa Việt Nam tiên tiến, đậm đà bản sắc dân tộc đòihỏi phải có sự tham gia của tất cả các chủ thể, các tầng lớp trong xã hội nhưng trong đó độingũ trí thức có vai trò quan trọng trong công cuộc xây dựng và phát triển đất nước. Hệ giátrị con người và hệ giá trị Việt Nam là một trong những nội dung cốt lõi nhất của xây dựngphát triển con người, phát triển nguồn nhân lực trong giai đoạn hiện nay. Các hệ giá trị đóđều trực tiếp hoặc gián tiếp tạo ra các sản phẩm có giá trị và có thể tham gia vào chuỗi giátrị toàn cầu. Để phát huy hơn nữa sức mạnh và tiềm lực của đội ngũ trí thức, xây dựng mộthệ giá trị là tiêu chuẩn và động lực để trí thức phấn đấu, hoàn thiện năng lực, phẩm chấtđáp ứng nhu cầu hội nhập và phát triển. Theo chúng tôi, những phẩm chất quan trọng vàcốt lõi mà người trí thức cần có là sáng tạo, trung thực, độc lập trong hoạt động thực tiễn.The strategy of building an advanced Vietnamese culture imbued with nationalidentity requires the participation of all subjects and classes in society, but in which theintellectuals play an important role in national construction and development. The humanvalue system and the Vietnamese value system are two of the core contents of humandevelopment and human resource development in the current period. Those value systemsdirectly or indirectly create valuable products and can participate in the global value chains.In order to further promote the strength and potential of the intellectuals, building a valuesystem as the standard and motivation for intellectuals to strive, improve their capacity andqualities to meet the needs of integration and development. In our point of view, theimportant and core qualities that intellectuals need are creativity, honesty, andindependence in practical activities.
