Consignment to compulsory detoxification establishments is an administrative measure applied by competent state agencies to drug addicts aged full 18 years or older in order to detox from drug addiction and create conditions for them to work, learn culture, and do vocational training under the management of compulsory detoxification establishments. This article analyzes the contents related to the rights of the person subject to the measure of consignment to a compulsory detoxification establishment, points out a number of inadequacies and proposes directions for improvement.Đưa vào cơ sở cai nghiện bắt buộc là một biện pháp xử lý hành chính do cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền áp dụng đối với người nghiện ma túy từ đủ 18 tuổi trở lên nhằm cai nghiện ma túy, tạo điều kiện cho họ lao động, học văn hóa, học nghề dưới sự quản lý của cơ sở cai nghiện bắt buộc. Bài viết phân tích những nội dung liên quan đến quyền của người bị áp dụng biện pháp đưa vào cơ sở cai nghiện bắt buộc, chỉ ra một số hạn chế và đề xuất hướng hoàn thiện.
