Tuy nhiên trong thời gian qua, hoạt động này của Kiểm sát viên vẫn còn những tồn tại, hạn chế nhất định. Bài viết làm rõ khái niệm, một số tồn tại, hạn chế và kiến nghị một số giải pháp nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động đề ra yêu cầu điều tra của Kiểm sát viên.One of the important activities of Prosecutors when prosecuting in the criminal case investigation stage to contribute to clarifying the truth of the case is making requests for investigation.
