Nghệ thuật trang trí trên đồ đồng thời Nguyễn mang nhiều giá trị văn hoá, lịch sử, thẩm mỹ với lối tư duy hình tượng đa chiều, đa lớp ý nghĩa. Điều này đã cho thấy mối tổng hoà các giá trị, trong đó giá trị thẩm mỹ là một trong những điểm nhấn nổi bật. Sự đóng góp của nghệ thuật trang trí trên đồ đồng thời Nguyễn góp phần trong việc gìn giữ, bảo tồn các giá trị văn hoá nghệ thuật dân tộc. Cùng với đó là giá trị biểu cảm trên đồ đồng và chất cảm đến từ đặc tính bề mặt chất liệu cũng góp phần tôn lên những giá trị của nghệ thuật trang trí. Nghệ thuật trang trí trên đồ đồng thời Nguyễn tại Huế đã cho thấy bề dày văn hoá nghệ thuật, thông qua việc nghiên cứu để cảm nhận được sự khéo léo và tinh thần sáng tạo tuyệt vời của các lớp nghệ nhân. Đây chính là một trong những yếu tố khẳng định vị trí của nghệ thuật trang trí đồ đồng thời Nguyễn trên bình diện chung của nghệ thuật đồ đồng Việt Nam.The decorative art on bronze objects in the Nguyen Dynasty contains many cultural, historical and aesthetic values with multi-dimensional and multi-layered symbol. This has shown the synthesis of values, in which aesthetic value is one of the outstanding points. The decorative art on bronze objects in the Nguyen Dynasty take an important role in preserving and conserving national artistic and cultural values. Besides this, the expressive value on bronze and the emotiveness from the surface of the material also enhance the values of the decorative art. The Nguyen Dynasty's decorative art on bronze objects in Hue has shown the richness of art and culture. Through the study we can see and feel the great ingenuity and creative spirit of the artisan classes. This is one of the factors affirming the position of the Nguyen dynasty's decorative art on bronze objects in the general of Vietnamese bronze art.
