Recently in Vietnam, public works which have been constructed and used mostly insufficient facilities and equipment, as well as design solution for visually impaired people to access, this is a barrier that restrains visually impaired people to integrate into the community, promote their capacities and contribute to the society. The research raises several issues from interior decoration art perspective of public works for visually impaired people to access, to ensure the harmony of the right of access to public works of visually impaired people and creating the aesthetic emotion in interior decoration solutions at the same time.Tại Việt Nam hiện nay, các công trình công cộng đang xây dựng và sử dụng hầu hết đều thiếu các phương tiện và trang thiết bị, cũng như các giải pháp thiết kế để người khiếm thị tiếp cận, đây là rào cản hạn chế họ hòa nhập cộng đồng, phát huy năng lực và đóng góp cho xã hội. Bài nghiên cứu đặt ra một số vấn đề góc độ nghệ thuật trang trí nội thất công trình công cộng cho người khiếm thị có thể tiếp cận, làm sao đảm bảo hài hòa quyền tiếp cận công trình công cộng của người khiếm thị, đồng thời tạo ra được xúc cảm thẩm mỹ trong các giải pháp trang trí nội thất.
