Nghiên cứu nhằm xác định nồng độ PLGF và SFlt-1 ở thai phụ trong quý 1 thai kỳ tại Thái Nguyên, thực hiện trên 201 thai phụ có nguy cơ cao tiền sản giật và 200 thai phụ bình thường có tuổi thai từ 11 tuần đến 13 tuần 6 ngày, sử dụng phương pháp nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang. Nồng độ PLGF và SFlt-1 định lượng bằng phương pháp điện hóa phát quang, hóa chất của Roche dianostigs. Kết quả nghiên cứu chỉ ra rằng, nồng độ PlGF, sFlt-1, tỷ số sFlt-1/PlGF ở thai phụ bình thường có tuổi thai từ 11- 13 tuần 6 ngày lần lượt là: 70,3 pg/dl
1371,5 pg/dl và 18,4. Nồng độ PlGF, sFlt-1, tỷ số sFlt-1/PlGF ở thai phụ bình thường trong nghiên cứu của chúng tôi khác giá trị tham chiếu do hãng Roche khuyến cáo áp dụng cho thai phụ bình thường tuần thai 10 -14. Trong đó, nồng độ PlGF, sFlt-1 cao hơn, trái lại tỷ số sFlt-1/PlGF thấp hơn giá trị tham chiếu của hãng Roche (p<
0,05).Trong nhóm thai phụ có nguy cơ tiền sản giật quý 1 xác định ở cùng tuổi thai, nồng độ PLGF là 52,5 pg/dl

0,001).To determine the concentration of PLGF and SFlt-1 in pregnant women in the first trimester of pregnancy in Thai Nguyen, the study was carried out on 201 pregnant women at high risk of preeclampsia, and 200 normal pregnant women with gestational age from 11 weeksup to 13 weeks and 6 days, using cross-sectional descriptive research method. PLGF and SFlt-1 concentrations were measured by chemiluminescence electrochemical method using Roche dianostig reagent. The result showed that: the concentration of PlGF, sFlt-1, the ratio sFlt-1/PlGF in normal pregnant women with gestational age from 11-13 weeks and 6 days are: 70.3 pg/dl

The concentration of PlGF, sFlt-1, the ratio sFlt-1/PlGF in normal pregnant women in our study are different from the reference values recommended by Roche for normal pregnant women at 10-14 weeks gestation. In which, the concentration of PlGF, sFlt-1 was higher, whereas the ratio sFlt-1/PlGF was lower than the reference value of Roche (p<
