In this research, the authors studied and analyzed some solutions for sustainable development of production forests in Hoa Binh province. To get the results, the study used data and document collection methods... to assess the scale and situation of production forests and the subject of management of production forests, SWOT analysis to assess the factors affecting the management of production forests. On that basis, the study proposed 5 groups of solutions to manage production forests in Hoa Binh province in a sustainable way. These groups of solutions include (1) solutions to implementing mechanisms and policies, (2) solutions to planning production forests, (3) solutions to strengthening capacity for sustainable forest management and protection, (4) solutions to applying scientific and technological advances in forestry to the development of sustainable production forests, (5) solutions for the consumption market. These solutions made a great contribution in the management of production forests to improve the economic efficiency of production forests with the goal of sustainable development.Trong nghiên cứu này, nhóm tác giả tìm hiểu, phân tích một số giải pháp phát triển bền vững rừng trồng sản xuất tại tỉnh Hòa Bình. Để có được kết quả, nghiên cứu sử dụng phương pháp thu thập số liệu, tài liệu... để đánh giá quy mô, tình hình rừng trồng sản xuất và chủ thể quản lí rừng trồng sản xuất, phân tích SWOT đánh giá các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến quản lí rừng trồng sản xuất. Trên cơ sở đó, nghiên cứu đã đề ra được 5 nhóm giải pháp để thực hiện quản lí rừng trồng sản xuất tại tỉnh Hòa Bình theo hướng bền vững. Các nhóm giải pháp này bao gồm: (1) Giải pháp thực hiện cơ chế chính sách, (2) Giải pháp quy hoạch rừng trồng sản xuất, (3) Giải pháp tăng cường năng lực thực hiện quản lí bảo vệ rừng bền vững, (4) Giải pháp ứng dụng tiến bộ khoa học công nghệ lâm nghiệp vào phát triển rừng trồng sản xuất bền vững, (5) Giải pháp thị trường tiêu thụ. Các giải pháp này góp phần hữu hiệu trong việc quản lí rừng trồng sản xuất nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả kinh tế rừng trồng sản xuất với mục tiêu phát triển bền vững.
